Strong Bing Fire born in spring, hour unknown: why has my career stalled since 2019?

I am a woman born on 2 March 1990 in London. I do not know my birth time. My career in publishing went well until about 2019, then I have been stuck at the same level with two failed job changes. The chart says my Day Master is strong. What changed in 2019, and when does it change again?

The chart without an hour
Three pillars still give a clear picture. Bing Fire born in the Yin (Tiger) month is at the Growth stage, and you have Yin twice plus Wu in the year branch: Wood feeding Fire and Fire rooted. The Day Master is strong. Strong Fire wants an outlet: Earth (your Output, Eating God and Hurting Officer) to express itself and Metal (Wealth) to have something to work for.
